Lake Erie Aesthetics & Wellness brings elevated medical and spa services to Avon Lake

07/29/2026 – Avon Lake, Ohio – The City of Avon Lake will hold a ribbon cutting event to celebrate the opening of Lake Erie Aesthetics & Wellness at their new location at The Landings, 32730 Walker Road, Suite F3-4, on Monday, August 3, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. The ribbon cutting will be followed by an open house celebration from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in honor of their three-year anniversary in Avon Lake. The public is invited to tour their new space, enjoy event-only savings, and enter to win more than $10,000 in raffle prizes.

Founded by co-owners, Dr. Janice Rice and Amber Keller, CNP, Lake Erie Aesthetics & Wellness offers a wide range of services, including injectables, laser treatments, infrared sauna and facials, spray tanning, microneedling, hormone support, fitness classes, and more. Each service is personalized to support long-term health, natural-looking results, and greater confidence from the inside out. Dr. Rice and Amber opened their first location in Sandusky, Ohio in 2022, then expanded to a second location in Avon Lake in 2023.

“As two medical professionals who share a passion for helping clients feel confident and supported, Dr. Rice and Amber wanted to create a space where medical aesthetics and whole-person wellness could come together under one roof,” said Lake Erie Aesthetics & Wellness Marketing Manager Sammy Pflieger. “Our move to The Landings felt natural for us as we found ourselves in need for a space that could support our expanding services and client community. The new location still offers our elevated and welcoming environment while creating room for us to provide larger services that we currently offer at our Sandusky location, such as fitness classes and an infrared sauna.”

“This is an exciting new chapter for Lake Erie Aesthetics & Wellness that highlights Avon Lake as a place where businesses can grow and succeed,” said Avon Lake Community Development Director Ted Esborn. “We are proud to celebrate this milestone with them in their new space. Their growth is a testament to both their exceptional service and the incredible support of our community.”

Pflieger says people are often surprised by the range of services Lake Erie Aesthetics & Wellness offers. “We really mean it when we say we take a comprehensive approach to wellness. We want the community to feel safe and confident knowing they can come to us for a variety of needs, not just aesthetics. Avon Lake is a vibrant community that we know values high-quality care, strong local relationships, and businesses that contribute meaningfully to the area. Dr. Rice lived in the area for many years, so being able to give back and bring our services and care to the community is equally as important and valuable to us.”

Lake Erie Aesthetics & Wellness’ Avon Lake location is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., closed Thursdays and weekends. For more information, visit their website, https://www.lakeerieaesthetics.com/.
